“Our costs have gone up.”
Which cost, over what period, supported by which source? A headline increase can hide several different stories.
Before your next supplier negotiation
Are your buyers ready?
Help your buyers see what is missing, examine their leverage and build a position they can defend before the supplier meeting.
INYOURMIND · Your intelligence. Your capital.
The gaps that weaken a position
A supplier’s request is only the starting point. Your position depends on the evidence, the alternatives and the constraints you uncover.
Which cost, over what period, supported by which source? A headline increase can hide several different stories.
Have you examined volumes, timing, commitments and alternatives? Which could give you leverage, and under what conditions?
Is the contract current? Is the cost breakdown complete? What are you treating as a fact that is still an assumption?
Good preparation makes those gaps visible while you still have time to act.

Meet Brainy / Procurement Augmented Intelligence
Build a position you can defend.
Brainy translates procurement experience into guided preparation, designed to help you build a clear, solid negotiation position faster.
Brainy guides the preparation: it asks focused questions, brings the evidence into a structured file and keeps what is missing in view. You examine the possible levers and decide which you can use.
Brainy’s role is preparation. It does not negotiate on your behalf or make the decision. You lead the commercial discussion.
The experience behind Brainy
Built by a procurement leader.
For procurement professionals.
years in international procurement
real negotiation cases in Rym’s career, across countries
Built from the work itself
An expert knows which question comes next, which evidence matters and when to pause. That practical logic is the starting point for Brainy.
Starting with the technology
Our starting point: the practitioner
Amplify the buyer’s expertise. Brainy turns a practitioner’s approach into guided preparation. Its value has to show up in the work: useful questions, visible blind spots and a position supported by evidence.
Follow the preparationFrom the supplier’s claim to your preparation
Follow the questions below. Watch the negotiation file take shape as Brainy identifies the evidence to collect. Your position starts with what you can substantiate.

Hello,
I’m Brainy
Let’s build your procurement file.
Your data.
Your intelligence.
Your decisions.
Yours.
These items remain missing. The file keeps each open question and the source still needed.

Our story
When I left corporate life, the role ended. The experience didn’t.
More than 15 years in international procurement. More than 2,000 real negotiation cases, including highly complex situations, across countries and multinationals. My career at Valeo, the Renault–Nissan Alliance and Toyota had taught me how much happens before anyone sits down to negotiate.
“How could that experience keep helping people beyond the role in which it was built?”
Rym · Why INYOURMIND began
What stayed with me was a way of thinking: knowing what to question, where to look for leverage and which missing detail could change the whole discussion.
I began translating those methods into a digital tool. Brainy gives that experience a new way to be useful: guiding buyers, helping them see blind spots and building the file behind a clear, solid position.
That is the vision behind INYOURMIND. Give expertise a second life. Let it amplify the person who uses it.
Your intelligence. Your capital.
Bring the approach to your teamAmplification, with accountability
An AI that supports your preparation needs clear boundaries: what it can use, what needs checking and who can make a commitment.
Scope the local installation around your hardware, model and approved data. Review any external connections explicitly.
Define which information may be used, who reviews outputs and when the team should pause or escalate.
AI can support analysis and preparation. Buyers remain accountable for their judgement, commitments and decisions.
Local deployment still needs access controls, a security review and human validation. These are design and implementation principles, not a certification claim.

Email RymNo. Brainy guides preparation through questions, evidence checks and a structured procurement file. Its purpose is to help you build a clear position before the discussion, not to write sales emails or negotiate on your behalf. You choose the levers, lead the conversation and approve any commitment.
Brainy starts with procurement practice: the questions an expert would ask, the evidence to examine and the gaps to resolve. It works through your case in a guided conversation and builds the file from your context. It supports negotiation preparation, supplier analysis and sourcing strategy. Its methods and outputs still need to be assessed by the buyer.
Local installation is the starting point. Hardware, model choice, data scope and any approved external services are reviewed before an installation. Local does not mean that every possible configuration is automatically offline or risk-free.
Yes. Book a guided demonstration with Rym to explore Brainy and discuss your use case. The proposed interface on this page illustrates the intended experience while the live interface is being upgraded. Its conversations are scripted; book a demonstration to see the current software.
No. The awareness workshops focus on everyday procurement situations: what to share, what to verify and who stays responsible. The goal is to build practical governance reflexes, not to teach programming.
Yes. A conference, awareness workshop or use-case audit can be a standalone starting point. A Brainy installation is discussed separately according to your needs and environment.
